In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" refers to the 999fd website accessible at https://999fd.io and all associated sub-pages, applications, and services.
• "Player" / "You" / "Your" refers to any individual who registers for, accesses, or uses the 999fd Platform.
• "Account" refers to the registered Player account held on the 999fd Platform.
• "Balance" refers to real-money funds held in a Player's 999fd Account, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).
• "Bonus Balance" refers to promotional credits, free spins value, or match-bonus funds issued by 999fd that are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a Bonus Balance must be turned over in qualifying bets before it may be converted to withdrawable funds.
• "Game Provider" refers to third-party software suppliers whose casino games or live dealer content is made available through the 999fd Platform, including but not limited to Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi.
• "BST" refers to Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6, which governs all time references in these Terms.

To register and maintain an Account on the 999fd Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Registration by persons under 21 is strictly prohibited.
• You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not explicitly prohibited for your personal use.
• You must not be on any self-exclusion list maintained by 999fd or any affiliated responsible gaming programme.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current registration information including your full legal name, date of birth, and active mobile number.
• You must not register on behalf of a third party. Each Account must represent a real individual acting for their own personal entertainment.

999fd reserves the right to request identity verification documents — including a National ID (NID), passport, or birth certificate — at any stage of your registration or ongoing use. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by 999fd may result in Account suspension or closure.

By completing registration, you confirm that all information provided is truthful and accurate. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of any Balance.

One Account Per Player: Each Player is permitted to hold one active Account on the 999fd Platform. If 999fd identifies that a Player holds multiple Accounts — whether under the same name, mobile number, device, payment method, or IP address — 999fd reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts and void any associated Balances or Bonus Balances without prior notice.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 999fd login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. 999fd will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account that results from your failure to safeguard your credentials. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without authorisation, you must contact 999fd support at [email protected] immediately.

Account Closure: You may request Account closure at any time by contacting 999fd customer support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money Balance will be returned to your registered payment method after verification, subject to standard withdrawal processing times. Bonus Balances that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon Account closure.

Platform-Initiated Closure: 999fd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, Terms breach, underage gambling, or prolonged inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months.

Accepted Payment Methods: 999fd accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).

Minimum Deposit: The minimum single deposit amount is ৳500. There is no maximum deposit limit, though 999fd may apply transaction monitoring thresholds in accordance with anti-money laundering obligations.

Deposit Processing: Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your Account Balance within 60 seconds of confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the processing schedule of your bank.

Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to identity verification requirements.

Withdrawal Processing Time: 999fd aims to process all verified withdrawal requests within 24 hours (BST). Mobile wallet withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) are typically completed faster than bank transfer requests.

Withdrawal Conditions: A real-money deposit must be wagered at least once (1x turnover) before a withdrawal can be requested. This requirement applies to prevent payment method abuse and is separate from any Bonus Wagering Requirement.

Responsibility: It is your responsibility to ensure that the payment details you provide for withdrawals are accurate. 999fd will not be responsible for funds sent to incorrectly specified accounts where the error originated with the Player.

999fd offers promotional bonuses, deposit match offers, free spins, cashback rewards, and seasonal promotions from time to time. All such promotions are subject to individual promotion terms, which are published alongside each offer. In the event of a conflict between these general Terms and a specific promotion's terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail for that promotion.

Wagering Requirements: Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses issued by 999fd carry a minimum wagering requirement of 25x the bonus amount before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. Specific promotions may carry higher or lower wagering requirements as stated in the applicable promotion terms.

Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games, slots, and RNG table games typically contribute 100% toward wagering turnover. Certain games — including some jackpot slots and specific live baccarat variants — may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. The contribution rates applicable to each promotion are listed in the promotion terms.

Bonus Expiry: Bonus Balances that are not wagered within the validity period stated in the applicable promotion terms will be removed from your Account automatically without compensation.

Abuse Prevention: 999fd reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings if it determines, at its sole discretion, that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim offers multiple times, exploiting promotion structures in ways not intended by 999fd, or colluding with other Players to manipulate promotional conditions.

All casino games available on the 999fd Platform — including slots, live baccarat, live roulette, blackjack, Andar Bahar, Teen Patti, Bingo, and Mines — are governed by the individual game rules published by the respective Game Provider. By playing any game on the Platform, you accept the Game Provider's rules as binding for that game session.

RNG Certification: All RNG-based games use certified random number generators that have been independently tested and certified for fairness. Live dealer games are operated in real time by trained croupiers at studios operated by regulated Game Providers.

Game Malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or software error during a game session, 999fd reserves the right to void the affected round and return the applicable stake to the Player's Balance. Game results arising from a verifiable technical fault will not be honoured. 999fd is not responsible for losses caused by your own internet connection failure or device malfunction.

Prohibited Conduct: Any use of automated software (bots), exploit scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or collusion with other Players to gain an unfair advantage is strictly forbidden. Detection of such conduct will result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of all Balances pending investigation.

The 999fd sportsbook offers betting markets on cricket (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures), football, kabaddi, and other sports. All bets are subject to the specific market rules applicable to each sport and event type.

Bet Acceptance: All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is placed. 999fd reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet at its discretion, including bets placed on events where 999fd has reason to suspect result manipulation, irregular betting activity, or system error.

In-Play Betting: In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to the real-time availability of markets. The odds on in-play markets may change rapidly. Once a bet is confirmed by the system, the odds at that moment are binding.

Abandoned or Postponed Events: If a cricket match or other sporting event is abandoned, cancelled, or postponed before the minimum completion threshold defined for that market, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned to Player Balances. Market-specific void rules are published in the applicable market information section.

Palpable Errors: 999fd reserves the right to void bets accepted at clearly erroneous odds (palpable errors). A palpable error is an odds posting that is materially inconsistent with the market price available across comparable sportsbooks at the time of bet acceptance.

999fd is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices across its platform. We provide the following tools to all Account holders at no charge:

• Deposit Limits: You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your Account. Once set, a limit reduction takes effect immediately; an increase in your limit is subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: You may configure session duration reminders that notify you when you have been logged in continuously for a specified period.
• Self-Exclusion: You may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 12 months, or permanent exclusion. During any self-exclusion period, your Account will be suspended, and you will not be permitted to register a new Account. To request self-exclusion, contact [email protected].

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 999fd Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Registering multiple Accounts or using another person's Account.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods for deposits.
• Engaging in money laundering or using 999fd for any financial activity unrelated to legitimate gaming entertainment.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform.
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate game or bet outcomes.

• Attempting to circumvent responsible gaming tools, including self-exclusion, by registering new Accounts.
• Providing false information during registration or verification processes.

All content on the 999fd Platform — including but not limited to the 999fd brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of 999fd or its licensed Game Providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform or its content without the prior written consent of 999fd.

Game content, graphics, and software provided by Game Providers on the Platform remain the intellectual property of those respective providers. 999fd holds valid licences to distribute that content through the Platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 999fd shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Any losses arising from game or system malfunctions, server outages, network interruptions, or maintenance windows.
• Any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Any changes, interruptions, or discontinuation of any game, market, or platform feature.
• Any content or conduct of third-party Game Providers whose games are made available through the Platform.

999fd's total liability to any Player in any calendar month shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by that Player during the same calendar month, or ৳50,000, whichever is lower.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

999fd collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected during registration and verification — including your name, date of birth, mobile number, and payment method details — is used solely for the purposes of Account management, payment processing, identity verification, regulatory compliance, and responsible gaming obligations. 999fd does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

All personal data is transmitted and stored using 256-bit SSL encryption. 999fd implements industry-standard security protocols to protect your data from unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure.

999fd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 999fd will notify registered Players via the email address or mobile number associated with their Account, and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform upon login.

The revised Terms will specify the effective date from which they apply. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree to revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request Account closure.

These Terms & Conditions are written in the English language. In the event of any conflict between an English version of these Terms and any translated summary, the English version shall prevail.

Disputes: In the event of a dispute relating to your Account, a specific game result, a bet settlement, a payment, or any other aspect of your use of the Platform, you should first contact 999fd customer support at [email protected] with full details of the dispute. 999fd aims to acknowledge all formal dispute submissions within 48 hours (BST) and to provide a substantive response within 14 business days.

Escalation: If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication with 999fd support, either party may seek resolution through an independent dispute resolution mechanism. 999fd will cooperate in good faith with any such process.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed if modification is not possible. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement: These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and any applicable promotion-specific terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and 999fd with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings.
